Victoria Walshe is currently the Global Citizenship Manager for GOAL. She has previous experience in the Irish Refugee Council, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, as well as with other NGO's. Victoria spent over four years working with the United Nations in Zimbabwe as a Communications Officer and Consultant.
