Model United Nations is a youth led organisation that imitates the real United Nations. We debate real world issues and try to find a solution to them in the form of a resolution written by individual delegates who attend a conference.
WCDMUN takes place in Wesley College Dublin and is run by the students in Wesley College Dublin's Model United Nations club. It stands for Wesley College Dublin Model United Nations.
No! Not at all. WCDMUN is a conference for delegates both new and experienced. There is no pressure if you make a mistake. Trust us we have all been there. We are open to all persons aged 12-18 and encourage younger delegates to get involved. At WCDMUN, we are the only Irish MUN conference to have a ’Best Junior Delegate award‘ So any younger delegates, WCDMUN is exactly the conference for you!
